I have become a vegetarian during my pregnancy. I can't see any type of meat. I hope that is not affecting my baby
I'm vegetarian- there are many sources for protein (nuts, eggs, beans, even dairy). Also, I take a B12 vitamin. No worries. :)
@adrianamead, @charmingpeacock @cheche27 @yahuahsdaughter you ladies r all great and can I just say thank u for educating yourself I get so sick of people telling me I should eat meat hello it's my body and not my fault those people r brainwashed by the corrupt gov, Fda and lobbyist that r killing America all to make money. I try to post all my meal so pls ladies follow me bc I hope to inspire other to stay home and cook it's wonderful and teach ur kids the same. I would love to be vegan but just can give up eggs but my family was farmers we raised TX cattle so I have seen the entire process as a little girl it really changes u wish we would have had chicken then I probably won't eat eggs but for now a plant based diet is the way to go I encourage everyone to make change for America it's killing us.
of course not. i am a vegetarian since age 15 and this isnmy second child
i did add fish to my diet. meat isnt a health food so it is very wrong to assume being vegetarian is going to harm your baby. many mother are vegans and have healthy babies.
people are vegan and all that. as long as you are balanced rice and beans is a complete protein just look into it.
thanks girls. I have been a meat eater all my life and I have to admit my body feels cleaner. I haven't had meat in 16 weeks. I feel I don't need it. and yes, why do we have this idea that there must be some piece of meat in our plate for it to be healthy. I will try my best with the dairy, the eggs and beans and fish since I'm still with morning sickness. thank you for educating me <3
