Does anyone breastfeed their newborn and have a toddler? Im afraid that when I have my baby my son…

there are lot of moms who choose to let the toddler feed as well as the baby.

if you want to offer him some but not latch you could pump. I know some kids get jealous of the baby feeding. sense he was so young when you stopped though I doubt he will be jealous. probably just curious.

My 2 year old was never breastfed and wants to breastfeed. He doesn't know how to do it, I've let him try. I've even tried giving him milk I've pumped and he said ew mommy lol.

@soon2b2 the milk won't be made for his needs if he dosnt latch but he can still have it. some women even cook with there breastmilk.

Oh I know he doesn't need it I just thought it would be cool to supply for both kids. I don't want him to latch at all just the baby lol. I had issues with him when he was a baby because he had a high roof in his mouth so my nipples cracked a lot and I bled 😞 @marieterrell92

I know that struggle girl. I'd cry from the pain when my son latched. he had a lip tie that wasn't caught until I had already gave up and pumped instead. hopefully baby number 2 will latch like a pro without any pain.

I don't think he will want to girl. He will prob be too busy having fun and playing. Give him his soppy cup with his fav drink while u nurse. No worries.
