Keep having period pains every now and again what could this be its really hurting me now

i hate lightning crotch! i'm always in public when it happens and end up making a funny noise which results in some horrified looks from people 😂xx

Lightning crotch they call that haha xD Engaging :) It could be contractions! may be in slow labour :) or it could be Braxton hicks...I got period pains on and off for weeks :) xx

I've had them for days they just come and go get a sharp pain in my foof too which is hurting me xx

Contractions? BH's? I would call your midwife or go in for monitoring x x
