Question...if I have to be induced, is there a different medicin other than pitocin they can give me? I have heard way too many horror stories about pitocin!

you don't have to be induced if you don't want to. .. no one can make you do anyting but you can ask them to try different methods first... membrane sweep, Foley bulb which helps expand your cervix, massaging your cervix, letting you move around, and assisted water breakage. @tabathaeckendorf
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
OK MOMMIES! ITS TIME! The doctor called and said I have preeclampsia so I got rushed to labor&delivery; at 7pm. I have a tube in me that'll be here all night and in the morning they will use pitocin! Hopefully I deliver by tomorrow. PlZ pray for me!!! 1st baby so I'm super nervous and don't know what to expect! Here it goes!...
Have anybody been induced with pitocin and did not get the epidural? I don't want to be induced but I have to so I'm wondering what was other experiences when it came to the pitocin and epidural. I want to try and resist getting the epidural.

Pitocin isn't as bad as everyone thinks I was induced Thursday and had it with my c-section
