no mam that is why they do a episiotomy when the shoulders don't fit my very first had football shoulders they had to cut me

@brittanycheri, probably not! The baby's head is the biggest part of its body. On average it's head is about 10cm.

It stretches more for the baby too right?! This is why I have opted for an epidural lol

@emmarosemommy, no love! That's how big your cervix will get. At 10 cm they tell you to begin pushing.

@aidensmamma, @brittanycheri well an episiotomy is when they cut from the end of your vagina down towards your b-hole. They don't cut your cervix.
