Is anyone sleeping on there back , or laying down in there back

Hey its bad to sleep on your back

i wish i could sometimes because it is hard for me to get comfortable these days. but it physically pains my lower back to do so:'(

@mommy42_, yep! Baby will let you know if he/she isn't liking it. But maybe try putting a pillow under you most the way so your half in your back half on your side!

I just semi prop myself up against the head board and it still feels better than so much pressure on my hips or having to switch sides every 10 min

Yes I noticed that when I went for my ultrasound that they took forever and then I started feeling light headed @candacelouise

I do sometimes it's the only way I can sleep! I sleep with two pillows and the pregnancy pillow. I start with them all Latin flat but When my back/hips are hurting I sit up on the pillows on the head board and fall back asleep.. It helps me!

My doctor said if baby is uncomfortable then baby will make you uncomfortable. Start making you light headed or feel sick and you'll wake up!

I almost always end up on my back sleeping!

I'll sleep on my back sometimes but with lots of pillows under me when my hips can't take side sleeping for too long 🙄

I heard it was bad but my sides are killing me now and I need a new sleeping way . @emilybbyh so I was wondering if anyone else was
