Question time... so if your pregnant is it still safe to go swimming during the summer or no?

My doctor recommended swimming because I had such bad round ligament pain! It made me feel so much better!!

hun, your movements will not make the umbilical cord move in any specific way, that is a myth. no matter how you move, it's not going to direct where the cord floats around in there. that's like trying to move something floating in a glass of water by moving the glass around, it just doesn't move much. your baby will be just fine, and you will be healthier for the good exercise and relaxation.

Yes! It was the only way to relieve my back pain.

It's a great way to exercise! 👍🏼 and to stay cool. My mom lived in a pool with me cause I'm a sept baby.

Just make sure to stay hydrated! And make sure you don't overheat 👍🏼

I've heard it could cause the umbilical cord to wrap around my baby's neck
