31weeks tomorrow & struggling to keep my blood pressure at normal... Any suggestions?!

I am on a pregnancy safe blood pressure med called labetalol

walk....I know it sounds funny but even around the block 2 to 3 times a day will help. I am on high blood pressure pills bc I had issues pre-pregnancy and now my blood pressure will drop low.
