does anybody have suggestions for getting rid of a terrible cough. My chest, throat, and head hurt so bad from it and I swear I've tried everything!

gurgle salt water it will help heal and soothe your throat otherwise just stay elevated and spit out every little but of mucus that comes up.

I've been doing that also, I haven't been staying elevated though, I've just been laying down
