@hai0122, my advice to you what helps me start eating lots of oranges keep freshners around open windows let the fresh air come thru never close windows, make sure to take prenatal vitamins good luck I how everything goes well
omg with my first pregnancy yes I got the swine flu horrible horrible horrible got me I couldn't take anything but suffer I slept most the time couldn't eat real good I remember for the first month I was constantly crying sleeping weak to but luckily within 2 months I was feeling better thank the lord but this second pregnancy ive been eating tons of oranges and so far I feel really good thank God for that my health seems much better these days

I normally do ginger lemon tea, sweeten with honey... and sometimes I add a honey cough drop in there

if you do, drink Gatorade, and you can take Tylenol cold and flu stuff. it was the only thing I could do. it was awful! but only 3 days.
