My baby latched on for the first time, it was difficult because she kept moving her head, but we got it together finally 🍼. Do I really need to keep up with the breastfeeding log they gave me outside the hospital?

My sil just did it while she was at the hospital then after that she didn't keep up with it. It's really for your personal preference kind of. Maybe do it for the first week in case the doctor asks how she's doing at her 1 week apt.

I use an app on my phone I didn't even really use the one in the hospital lol my nurses would remind me and I would forget lol
