Today I went in for my 3d 4d ultrasound with my cousin who is still a student. She couldn't get any clear pictures because she said I have very low amniotic fluid.. and the whole time (45 minutes) my baby didn't pee to empty out her bladder. She said everything else looked fine and my baby's lungs heart and everything looked great. She said she thinks something is blocking my baby free peeing. I would just like to know if anyone else has gone through this and what happened. I have a drs appointment on Tuesday. I'm so nervous. .I'm a Ftm.. oh and I was also diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Thanks

thanks. she wasn't supposed to tell me anything because she is a student. but her professor will email my dr this afternoon. I have a Dr appointment tomorrow so hopefully he gets them by then. @brooklynsmom
I would call your OB tomorrow and see what they say. Did she give you exact measurements? If not, can she so you can share with your OB? They may want to repeat the U/S. I have high amniotic fluid and don't know much about low but from my understanding high OR low may be linked to the diabetes. Keep us updated and deep breaths!!
I seen something like this in a documentary I watched on Netflix called twice born I do advise if you do watch you will cry
Just an update. they told me I don't have a lot of fluid because I'm measuring 1 or 2 weeks ahead.. I'm going back Thursday again to make sure.. and getting my nst done.
