Okay I have another random question that might be stupid to some people, but can I swim in a lake while pregnant? I googled it and some say yes and others say no and I don't know but it's so freaking hot and pretty lately and it's only going to get hotter and my boyfriends mom has a boat and I really wanna get in the water 😒 I just don't know if I should or not.

as long as your not dilated any you can swim in a lake.

Why wouldn't you be able to? As long as your membranes are intact and your water isn't broken, your womb is a sterile environment.

I was too scared with my first pregnancy but I think thats because then I was a FTM and didnt know how amazing our bodies are at protecting our bodies. So this pregnancy I'm jumping into the lake everyday! With these hot flashes. Momma needs to cool off.
