I've been vegan since July of last year. It has been a beautiful journey. Since I've been pregnant I've been extremely sick everyday to the point where I couldn't function daily. They put me in the hospital Wednesday due to having large amounts of ketones I my urine. Met with a nutritionist and after giving her a play by play of my diet she laughed and said. I am vegan too until I'm pregnant and then I eat meat. I looked at her like she was crazy. All she said was eat some meat and I promise you'll feel better. I said to hell with it and started eating meat two days ago. I have felt so much better since I have. I've not thrown up one time since I have. Well I'll be.....
