Creeped out!

A new guy at work just tickled the back of my neck! I cringed and told him "Don't ever touch me, that weirds me out!" On Monday he pulled my braid as I was grabbing parts for him, I also told him don't ever do that. Ugh. I don't feel comfortable working with him EVER! Oh God I am so worry for my baby and this cold. I really don't want him to get ill because of this cold he is so nice and warm now but when he will come out it will be December and it will be very cold outside. Is that okay to don't take a baby outside till it gets a little warm outside or I have to take him out even if it's cold outside as they do need fresh air. I don't know so confused and worry 🙁
