So I plan on using cloth diapers with the new baby but I have no idea on where to start. Where do I buy them? How does it work lol I know you wash them but sizes does it matter on sizes? Or are they all the same size?
There's a great group on Facebook that's sells gently used ones for really reasonable prices it's called "cloth diaper swap 2"
They have videos on YouTube that'll tell you everything you need to know about them. I was interested during my first pregnancy before I found out I was having twins.
look on amazon for prefolds. they are literally just thick squares of cloth but they are pretty absorbent. you can look at Luludew.com too. I love their fitted diapers.
What are those @poppys when I looked on the website all I saw was the one size pocket
I have a couple newborn all in ones but I mostly have prefolds with a few covers. it's recommended to get between 24 to 36 diapers to start out. prefolds are the cheapest way to go until baby is big enough to wear the one size pockets. plus you can reuse the prefolds as burp rags or to stuff your other diapers later.
I agree it will save money. I looked on the website I like them they're cute. I just don't like regular diapers anymore.
I ordered 25 of each. that may be over doing it but I'd rather have too many than not enough. the newborn sizes come with 1 insert each then I bought 15 extra inserts
I am looking them up right now! @trevae but my husband doesn't care if we use them or not.
I was thinking of doing the same thing at while we're home, but bd saying he will refuse to use them or wash them . ..look up online
Do you put them on the baby at the hospital or do you use the regular diapers they give you
Ok thanks
