Is there a way to make breastmilk more filling like formula...maybe things I can eat? It seems like she wants to nurse 24/7 and can never get full but if I supplement just an ounce of formula 1 or 2 times a day she will sleep a few hours. I know my supply is there because I can hand express easily. She is 5 days old...

If all your baby wants to do is nurse, nurse her. It helps with supply and even supplementing 1 bottle can cause a significant drop in your supply. If your goal is to breastfeed, nurse on demand. It's essential. ESPECIALLY that young.

that's normal it's not because she isn't full ,it's called cluster feeding it's a growth spurt look it up its common  in those ages
