did you try to massage it?

Usually you'll know if it's mastitis. it's accompanied with a pretty good fever and chills. if you don't have a fever, try warm compresses, pumping, and massages :)

I wish I had a LC to help me that quick. I've had teach myself and do my own research. I haven't seen a LC once since my baby was born and it was frustrating when I had split nipples and a milk bleb

@Oli viasmama1211, @crunchymomma I was scared that it was mastitis lol thankfully lactation consultant always available in the nicu where my daughter is at . And I live super close . She messaged it out . Milk was backed up !! Phew
