foremilk and hindmilk are both just as nutritious. if your baby only drinks foremilk it's honestly not a problem at all. the only difference between the two is there's fatty supplements stuck to the walls of your milk ducts and it takes a minute or two for them to loosen up and come out with the milk and that's what's considered the hindmilk. so there are no health concerns with your baby having a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance. that's basically a myth that's been proven wrong.

but if it makes you feel better milk it with the rest of the milk that's got the hindmilk in it (if it's from the same day. not from a different day)
