Nipple soreness is all throughout pregnancy! haha when I first found out, sore beasts was one main thing that made me take a test aside from missing my period. But to answer your questions, yes those are both signs of pregnancy but are also menstrual signs too like they were for me while I was having my period before getting pregnant.

Yup I my boobs were so sore I couldn't stand to even wipe them when taking a shower or much less putting on a bra.
