Past 2 days I get a tightness in my upper back and I am short of breath..also having some heartburn. What is this? I am 21 weeks +1 day!

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec
Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

So now that I have my test strips when do I start testing! I am on day 2 of af today and it lasts about 3-4 days normally. I have about a 26-27 day cycle. Any help would be very appreciated thank you!!😀

It's all normal. I also am 21 weeks almost 22, but I have heartburn and my lower back hurts causing shortness of breath. The baby is growing so much week to week that you will be out of breath.
