So I have been consistently cramping for the last few hours and now out of the blue my back hurts. Should I be worried? I'm a FTM so I have no idea what contractions feel like. Baby is still active as ever.

@rheganolivia, well I am anemic and have to take iron! I'll try to drink some more water and if it hasn't eased up, maybe I'll call. Thanks @breezy81516 and @gcpaschal!!

I would find out if it's dehydration but if it's frequent call and see what doc says.

I thought I was drinking enough and STILL ended up in the ER for dehydration. These babies suck up a lot of water! Or maybe you have an iron deficiency because that can cause cramping. I have that too!

@gcpaschal, that's what I'm worried about. The cramping started hours ago and haven't stopped. Maybe it's just my uterus having a growth spurt? 😅😂

I have a few contractions too. My doctor told me today that I'm going to experience it because of how big our uterus expands and our body is getting ready for labor. As long as they're not frequent.

Are you dehydrated? That's usually the answer to most cramping during pregnancy!
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Good morning ladies. Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step. I HATE THIS 😢😢😩
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section

I experience a lot of cramping and my doctor told me at my appt that I was dehydrated
Try water or lemonade
