If it's bright red you can just keep an eye on it. Bright red means it's not very far up. You only wanna be concerned if it's dark red. I had bleeding from constipation and my doctor told me to just keep an eye on it.
when your pregnant your veins can become enlarged particularity in that area. You Probabaly ruptured a vein that was swollen from hormones. It's not uncommon for pregnant women to get hemmoroids because of it. I would avoid that particular activity until after baby. Because trust me - you don't want hemmoroids.
