I'm 5 days postpartum and I have this pooch very high up right under my boobs and I just feel so self conscious about it!!! I'm starting my work out tonight just starting with the treadmill and bike!



Be careful working out pp your body needs to take an easy since you'll be bleeding a lot still. As to breastfeeding working out shouldnt have any impact on that. Just take prenatals still and eat healthy you've got this! :)
Do you guys think that working out would hurt my milk supply

my mom told me to put plastic wrap around my stomach underneath my clothes and it will help sweat out the fat on the stomach

you can also wear a belly band until the exercise gets rid of it. :D my belly band goes up right under my boobs.
I'm only doing 15 of treadmill for the next few weeks
