What does having a phone have to do with getting food stamps? I'm sorry I feel so slow lol

she should be putting the money that she's using to pay for a phone toward food on her table! I feel bad for that unborn child!

I just meant it as, you have the cash for that nice ass new phone, and the plan to use it, but don't have cash to buy food, and asking for prayers cause you have no food to eat, waiting for food stamps, it just doesn't make sense to me.

sorry but who says she bought that phone and it wasnt a gift .. or who says she pays her phone bill and someone doesnt pay it for her . if she did buy it she might if been in a better financial situation when she did.. dont judge unless you know the whole situation

what gets me allllll the time is...being behind someone in line at the grocery store...a lady in front of me has on name brand clothes, her nails done, a nice phone on her hip...uses a good stamp card to pay for her groceries... and then pulls cash out to pay for her cigarettes....andddd then tells a child she has with her, " no you can't have that candy bar, put it back."

@taylam, if that's the case, then have that person buy you some damn food for yourself being pregnant, and your young child!!!

like i said you dont know what situation she was in when she got her phone .. this app is to be there for other people not to make them feel worse!!

Theres A LOT of girls on here talkin about no food.. Boggles my mind. U have no food but u thought a baby was a good idea? If u have to wait for a paycheck so that u can "splurge" at pizza hut something is wrong. Very wrong.

I had a great job working at a radio station before I found out I was pregnant. Then I got told I was high risk. My job pays for my apartment, but not my utilities and they stopped giving me jobs. Now I have no income and I rent out a room in my apartment. But that only covers $200 of my bills. I make sure my phone bill is paid because I live two hours from my closest family member. I am so thankful for getting help with food. I never, ever thought I'd ask for help.

You don't know anyone's situation, to even sit here and make a post its being judge mental. Everyone gets into a financial situation where they can't afford things at the moment. Oh so do you think she should have said "well I'm pregnant. probably should abort it since I have no food right now". Just because she has food stamps doesn't mean she doesn't have any money. Everyone doesn't have the same life . how do you know she has no money for food, because she paid rent so they could have a roof over their head, bills for lights and gas. I think this was a rude post.
