ok moms can someone explain to me what real contraction feel like? i know every pregency is different just need spme…

My contractions felt like period cramps, and they got harder and lasted longer as the time wore on.

I took warm baths and tries changing positions (laying on my side, sitting up on the ball, leaning on all fours) & none of those helped, so I knew the contractions were the real McCoy.

thank you @tayek right now im having bad period cramps and they started at 620 and havent stopped and they get strong and than they will stop than start back up again so i dont know if these are them or not and i would hate to go and they be false. im a ftn so i have no idea what to do lol. they are auctual making me sick to my stomach and extrenly hot.
