Sorry but I kinda just lay down and pop the boob in her mouth and she'll do the rest lol. if you want you can use your hand or finger to keep the boob from pressing into his nose. Or just change the angle

just lay down put a pillow between your legs one behind your back & put your left or right arm up depending on which side you lay on like tuck it under your head if you know what I mean & put him eye level with your nipple & use what ever hand you have free to help him latch
