I'm 34 weeks and still have rough sex and been fine every single time. I think you should be okay honestly.

With how high your cervix are right now I don't think your SO could hurt your cervix by fingering. I know the last time I was checked down there my doctor even said "forgive me for lingering I'm just really trying hard to reach your cervix" lol and honestly my husband was a blessed man (thank you Jesus) and while being pregnant is the first time him and I can have sex to where I'm not in tears from him hitting my cervix so much. So I say have fun rough, freaky sex all you want.

I've had really rough sex my entire pregnancy. The only downside is that it put me into labor at 36 weeks & the hospital stopped it to see if she'd stay in longer :p now I'm 38 weeks and she's still in there lol

although the baby is nestled in there I'd still not do it to rough
