started having contractions at 4 this morning went to the hospital at 3 get sent home @ 6 cause I'm only 2cm but contractions are like 7 mins apart I'm in so much pain nothing help I'm hungry but can't eat

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

When I lay down my contractions are 10 minutes apart but when I'm up and moving they come faster. I'm not understanding.
