it's just ginger and I believe fennel seed extract. it helps with hiccups, upset tummies and colic. works great, I use it with my boys when they have something bothering their tummies
it does work well as @twinmamma2015 said I had to give it at bedtime feeding for my daughter for about a week straight... still have some on hand just in case
I got a whole bottle, just be careful when giving it to your baby don't squirt it all down there mouth or you may experience a projectile vomit! Ease it in there little squirts at a time.
