What are signs and symptoms of anemia?

dizziness, cold hands/feet, feeling weak/tired all the time, craving ice or dirt/sand, brittle nails and hair

If you take your prenatal vitamin daily you should be less likely to have anemia. I was always borderline anemic before I was pregnant and once I started my prenatal vitamins my iron levels were better than the average person

I just found out today that I'm anemic but the prenatal vitamins made me sick. They prescribed me iron tablets though @i.xvi.mmxvi

I have it but didn't have any real symptoms!!! But I've always had it not being pregnant or not!

I had really cold feet and I always eat ice when I'm at work.

I had anemia and I never felt any symptoms, my Dr. Just told me I had it. 😂

I was severely anemic during pregnancy and after I delivered my hemoglobin was so low I had to have a blood transfusion!
