Okay , so is sharp lower back pain another thing that's supposed to happen when the baby is dropping or is it something I should be worried about ??

It could happen when baby is dropping. Could be baby is hitting a nerve. Try taking Tylenol and using a heating pad. Usually helps. If all else fails call doctor or go get it checked out if it gets worse
