so im so new to this planning a pregnancy thing. me and my husband have our son, and are woking on our second but its so hard and its breaking me inside. doea anyone kbow any options to help?

Theres a bunch of websites , one specifically called baby center and they have a bunch of articles on how to get pregnant and things u can do, body temperature -track your fertile days- and dont have sex everyday( i know i was like whatttt?!) but apparently the more the sperm builds up the more swimmers there are to actually get to the eggs

yeah we have tried not having sex everyday and my ferility my friend is deali g with it too her an her husband have been trying for 10 years and are getting help from the doctors
