What do Braxton hicks feel like? Is it like sharp period cramps? TIA

Like your belly tightening up, or someone squeezing your belly and sometimes can have a cramp with it as well. Usually just a uncomfortable feeling.

For me my stomach gets really tight and uncomfortable. It doesn't hurt though (for me)
