due to a few circumstances, I wasn't able to have a baby shower like I originally intended. I have now decided to have a after baby is born shower. This is my 5th baby and 4th boy I'm 36 almost 37 wks and will most likely be induced in the next couple weeks. what I'm wondering is what should I call this shower, we don't really need anything but diapers and clothes are always welcome. My husband wants to incorporate our bar in our basement and have people bring a package of diapers as a cover charge, but I don't know. What do you all think.

"Sip and See" - My MIL is throwing one about three weeks after my due date. Cocktail party/meet the baby. I've also heard people call it a "diaper sprinkle"
I garentee if you call it a meet our baby party people will still bring diapers and gifts.
Im in the same position im 37 weeks on moday and i think he will be here soon i was going to throw a diaper party since thats mainly what we need with some good food and that way everyone gets to meet the baby as well
