I just want to go home with my baby. I hope NICU lets him come home today. Everything has been good and he did such improvements. I don't get why they need to keep him.

@mel0011, yeah there was other babies with the same problem but he was like a really bad case of it. They told me he should be able to come home tomorrow if he keeps doing as good as he's doing.
Im sorry hope he gets to soon. Mine had the same prob but they didn't put him in nicu
@hamman13, low blood sugar and he wasn't active always sleeping because he wasn't eating well so he had no energy to do anything. But he's a lot better now
I'm swollen and tired and I would like to be enjoying my time with him at home. Not in separate rooms.
@nelianiz.elize, yeah, well it's kinda different when no one tells you what's going on and you don't know what's happening. I haven't slept in three days, I've been up running from floors to floors making sure I don't miss his feedings and that I get to put him to bed.
Girl you will be able to enjoy your kids for atleast 18 years so let them take their time and make sure everything is perfect!
The wait to get discharged from the nicu is the longest time ever just keep in mind that it's good for him to be there if he needs to be, he'll come home healthier than ever and when he's ready !
