So the term preeclampsia was used by my doctor yesterday. Sent for a non stress test and they said everything looks good. Suggestions on things to do or things you've done when your doctor has talked you about it?

Are there any effective ways & things I can do to help soften and dilate my cervix faster? At my appointment my doctor said I was MAYBE a fingertip dilated and 60% effaced.
