Ugh. Advice Mommies?! 😰😷
With this pregnancy i have had horrible horrible constipation.. I've done everything to drinking plenty of water to exercising a bit every day to help it get going, but to my luck no avail. I was wondering what would be okay for us prego mom's to take that would help with the constipation?! I need some kind of relief!
for me I just started eating oatmeal for breakfast and within the first night I was able to go
High fiber bread and other high fiber grains. Sometimes I even take chewable fiber tablets.
I make myself a smoothie everyday. I use orange juice, one green apple, a banana, and some kale. it works amazing
