I definitely recommend looking into the home study course! It's a good alternative to traditional classes and I heard great things about it before I got it

@kad2015, I didn't know there was a home study course! I have been reading a book on it for now. But I am in the same situation as you, no classes in my area either!

It's a calmer way of looking at pregnancy and giving birth. It changes the way you perceive it and helps a lot with labor. It is for a woman that wants to do it naturally. Best thing to do is google it lol.

I've been doing Hypnobabies for like 9 weeks. I haven't had the baby yet so I can't really tell you my outcome yet, but I love it so far. I couldn't find any hypnobirthing classes in my area so I just go the Hypnobabies home study course.
