Can a doctor help with a cold in a five month old? She's so congested she can't breath through her nose and she keeps…

@cheylee, They try not to prescribe medication to babies under 6 months. I had the same issue with my daughter and I just constantly sucked out her nose and gave her 2 ml of Tylenol every 4 to 6 hours.

if you can't wait for a doctors appointment I highly recommend this! its great for sick babies! and is good for babies 2 months and up. better than just giving them Tylenol.

@their.bomb.ass.mom, she's got a lot of allergies so I'll have to call her doctor before I give her that medicine. I've seen it before and almost got some but didn't thank you though.

baby saline spary worked great for us!

gothcha, it's supposed to be all natural as well, and saline spray was a help also. like ^ said.

@livd15, I've done saline spray and suction but five minutes after she's all clogged up:( on our way to the Pediatritian now.

vicks on the bottom of babies feet works, rub some on and put socks on her feet. :) o buy the bubble bath that has Vicks in it, in the baby aisle, it's in a lime green bottle! or stand in the shower with the steam and it will help with her whittle nose and than suction it when it gets loose enough. @cheylee
