Anyone else's dr check them at 28 weeks? I'm having my glucose test on the 23rd and they said she would be doing a pelvic exam to make sure I'm not dilating early. I've never heard of anyone else getting checked so early

I had a glucose test early (20 weeks) and then another farther along, but that is because I'm at such high risk for it. As far as the pelvic exam. Do they have reason to believe you could go into labor early?

Seems unnecessary to me. My midwife isn't doing any cervical checks during my visits. The less invasive the better for me and baby.

Anyone have tips on how to keep early labour going??

laniejay I was 4.5 cm with my first for 3 weeks. Dilation doesn’t mean anything at that point.

tmi... so I'm almost 4 weeks pp on Thursday... and we've had sex like 3 times... I'm scared imma get pregnant since we're not using anything since we're back to using the pull out method. has anyone had sex early and was ok at their 6 week check up?
