I hear ya! I'm almost 2 weeks postpartum & still dealing with it. I swear eating lots of prunes helps me.

Lol sometimes when I'm struggling with it I prop my feet up on the tub (weird but it helps) and then I stop and think "Is this how you push?" Being a first time mom is scary!

I'm too short to reach the tub the only way I can get any relief is by bending over and putting my head in between my legs, I swear to god I'm gunna bust a blood vessel. I'm over it. yeah it definitely scares me, like cmon if I got that frustrating trying to poop I can't imagine birth

@kaylaweilert, Have you tried miralax? When it gets really bad, one dose of that does wonders! Plus it has no taste and dissolves in water so no pills or gross liquids! And sure, its terrifying, but think of how cute your little one will be. :) Somedays that is the only way I get through. "think cute toothless smile and baby giggles, think cute, think cute."

Just wait til the first poop after your baby is born. It's like labor all over again.

Lol this made my night. when I had my son I had to push him into position because he never dropped so I was pushing and pushing and between each push I would ask my nurse if he was almost out yet and she was like ummmm no. lol

@chhaya, how long was labor

@kaylaweilert, my full labor was a long time lol I labored at home for at least 48 hrs because they wouldn't admit me to the hospital and tried telling me I was dehydrated.

& then I spent about 15 or 16 hrs in labor at the hospital.
