Like most of us here, I'm almost 100% positive I have a separated pelvis. I can't hardly walk, stand, sit, roll around in bed, or lay down without being in agonizing pain. Tonight, I rolled off the bed, stood up, and heard a loud pop coming from the pelvic region and then I made the 15 minute waddle from my bedroom to the kitchen. I think I've had about enough of this pregnancy. Lol
@littledannilove, thank you for the idea! I actually had a gym ball on a stool in my office just sitting in the corner that someone at work gave me so now I'm using it today.
My friend is 40 weeks and was having the same problem until she got a birthing ball! Rotating and balancing on that has helped her so much. It realigns your body. Look it up!
She also looked up how to realign the pelvis and back and it worked! Hope it helps.
