I have but it feels like i skip one or two beats and I'm just like wow what just happen lol

yes usually if it's towards your 3rd trimester it's from the stretching of your heart due to the increase in blood volume your body is being forced to pump, however if it persists make sure to consult your doctor

I have PVC's. It's normal. And actually most people actually have them they just can't feel them. But the more blood you have pumping in your body the easier it is to feel them. It's normal.
