My 2 week old does the same thing! I mentioned it at his drs appointment yesterday and he said it could be the way they're positioned after feeding! and it's normal!

I think gas has a lot to do with it. My son will always spit up but he is the gassy one by far.

Yess, their tummies are so small and they eat so much and often. All you can do is make sure to burp often and keep her upright. If your concerned you can always call the dr because some babies can have reflux
