Yeah no doubt. I would have tried the mom for a harsher punishment

Apparently they think if a child is old enough to do an "adult crime" then he's old enough to go to prison. But it's crappy he has to be in solitary confinement because the adult prisoners can't control themselves. So harsh.

Are you serious? He should be in a juvenile center til 18. That's crazy. These girls that murdered their best friend here in wv a couple years ago were 16 and 17 and they were put in a juvenile center til they turned 18 then they were transferred to an adult prison. That's crazy but he does need some punishment for killing the baby

@veronicaann nope, they've already stuck him in an adult prison in solitary confinement he will be there until he is 19 years old then when he gets out he can't be around his siblings for 8 years or children under 16

They'll keep him in a juvenile detention center til he's 18 then transfer him to an adult prison

@sarahdrew it wasnt just the 2 year old there was a 5 and a 7 year old too:/ poor baby was probably overwhelmed I agree he needs to be punished the 2 year old is dead but capital murder and life in an adult prison is just crazy @raethack yeah the other 2 kids even said the oldest did it

OMG that's horrible, but he shouldn't have been left alone with the baby anyway, especially if he didn't know how to care for the baby

@sarahdrew no they are both being punished mom got aggravated manslaughter bc she didn't get the 2 year old help until 8 hours later and thss 12 year old got capital murder which is just ridiculous I think it should be flipped

the 12 year old is being punished and not the mother? unless the child is I beleive 13 here they can't babysit, and even then I would be skeptical, altho I babysat 3 kids (1, 3, n 5) when I was 13 but they lived across the street and at first it was literally an hour while their mom went and got groceries
