Iron it

if u dont have a iron put it in the dryer with a wet towel it will steam the creases out

What kind of material is it? If it's like a sash like I'm thinking I used to do pageants when I was little and I think you can iron it. If you don't have an iron you can use a straightener.

Maybe hit it with some steam from the iron, but from a distance. Not too close. Then lay it out somewhere flat to let it take shape.

Hang it up in the bathroom while the shower is on & the steam should get the wrinkles out

Use steam from iron of hang it in the bathroom when you shower or just turn on hot water to make the bathroom steamy. Should help and won't damage the fabric
