Is it safe for babies to sleep on their bellies? My daughter is 4 days old and she fell asleep on my leg on her belly idk if it's safe

I pose babies on their tummies all the time (I'm a newborn photographer). It's ok if you are right there are paying attention.

If she's on you, yes. If she's by herself, like in a crib or bassinet, no.
