how do people cope with morning sickness I have no appetite at all even for drinking :( so sick of feeling like this and…

im 12weèks and i haven't been sick

I had terrible morning sickness up until 17 weeks the only thing that helped was ginger from the health food shop. It did wonders @bon92

Mine stopped at week 17 hopefully yours does too if not sooner

im on maxilin 24weeks along n still have terrible morning sickness. ..

I don't no what I want I feel like somthing have a bite an can't finish it :(

It will get better.. It just takes time. Eating was the only thing that eased it for me haha lots of Carby foods helped and I like sour lollies too in the early stages. But I did find if I ate healthy it helped too

thankyou! I've managed to have a icy pole thing this morning and I'm not a breakfast person anyway :( can't wait to get threw this trimester hopefully it will ease up or go away!

Oh sweet girl, it's hard I know, but I promise it gets better. The only thing that helped my morning sickness this time around was sour lollies- like the rainbow straps & sour bears and stuff. May be worth a try, if not slowly sip some ginger beer. If you're having a really bad time and can't even handle water,

I suggest going to the doctor and they can give you something like a maxolin tablet to stop the nausea so you can eat something.
