Had the absolute worst back pain I've ever felt in my life this morning. Not sure if it was baby pushing on a nerve or what but it brought me to tears. Now I've been having light cramping here and there. Not sure if what I felt might have been back labor. I see my Dr on Monday, do you ladies think I should go to the ER if it happens again?
